TikToker Kaluma Boy Flaunts Swimming Skills as He Celebrates Journey

TikToker Vincent Kaluma is embracing a new chapter of his life, sharing a video that radiates joy, freedom, and gratitude. The young content creator, who captured national attention after Kenyans rallied to support his ailing father, posted a lighthearted clip on Thursday, October 23, 2025, showing off his swimming skills in a pristine pool, a moment that left many celebrating his inspiring turnaround.
How Is Vincent Kaluma Celebrating His New Beginning?
In the viral video, Kaluma confidently dives and performs playful stunts, including a daring backflip into a floater that amused his fans. His caption, “Kijana yenu hajui kuswim,” carried a cheerful tone, reflecting both humor and a sense of triumph. Beyond entertainment, Kaluma also encouraged his followers to learn how to swim, symbolizing growth and self-improvement.
The video marks a milestone in what has been a life-changing journey for the TikToker. Just weeks ago, Bishop Ben Kiengei of Jesus Compassion Ministry (JCM) announced during a Sunday service that Kaluma would officially report to the university on October 15, 2025. The bishop expressed pride in his transformation, saying, “Hi Kaluma, I see you came to church today, and you look brilliant. I can tell you are happy again, and everyone here can see the joy on your face. Come here to the pulpit and greet us. Imagine how God has remembered your family, your father is recovering, and you yourself are doing well. You even look healthier now.”

What Changed Vincent Kaluma’s Life So Dramatically?
Kaluma’s story of resilience began earlier this year after he posted emotional TikTok videos showing his unwavering care for his bedridden father in Othaya, Nyeri. The videos moved thousands of Kenyans, sparking nationwide fundraisers and outpourings of support. Influencers, well-wishers, and members of the Nduthi Culture movement visited his home, offering assistance that exceeded Ksh2 million, alongside medical aid and even land donations.
Thanks to the generosity of supporters, Kaluma’s father was transferred to Jumuia Mission Hospital for specialized treatment. Shortly after, Dr. Christopher Mutembei, Vice Chancellor of the East African University, awarded Kaluma a full scholarship to pursue Sales and Marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing. The opportunity has since positioned him as a symbol of hope, resilience, and divine restoration.
From caring for his father in hardship to splashing joyfully in a pool, Vincent Kaluma’s journey is a reminder of how faith, compassion, and community can rewrite even the toughest stories.
