Kenyan Prince, TikTokers Donate Big at Mama Gift’s Embu Fundraiser

The fundraiser for Mama Gift in Embu on Sunday, October 26, 2025, turned into a powerful show of unity and compassion as Kenya’s TikTok community came together to help her raise funds for her son’s specialised treatment in India. The event, held at Njukiiri Showground, attracted thousands of people, with others watching from the roadside or tuning in through TikTok live streams after the venue filled to capacity.
The atmosphere was charged with energy, mirroring the same viral wave of generosity seen during Kaluma Boy’s fundraiser weeks earlier. From traders to content creators and leaders, the gathering proved that Kenya’s online creators are using their platforms for something bigger than entertainment: community impact.
Who Were the Top TikTok Donors at Mama Gift’s Fundraiser?
Kenyan Prince, whose real name is Raymond Omosa, led the charge. The renowned forex trader and TikToker arrived early to loud cheers from the crowd. Known for his consistency in giving, he doubled his previous contribution of Ksh50,000 at Kaluma Boy’s fundraiser by donating Ksh100,000, earning admiration from fans and fellow creators alike. He was joined by his friend Mushkert FX, who also contributed Ksh50,000, telling the crowd he preferred “giving the money towards a noble cause rather than spending it in a club where it would have served no meaningful purpose.”
Gen Z MCA Mbithe Mulinge, who had been actively mobilising support online, donated Ksh53,000 and brought along a cake for Baby Gift. Her message focused on the power of youth-led movements, saying that young Kenyans have the potential to “be the spark that transforms Kenya.”
Businesswoman and TikToker Wamorgan (@wamorganwholesalers) drew the loudest cheers of the day after donating a staggering Ksh200,000. Smiling as the crowd erupted, she joked, “Since TikTokers often refer to me as ‘bossy,’ I felt compelled to live up to that name.”
What Other Acts of Kindness Stood Out?
Pastor Victor Kanyari, though absent, donated Ksh200,000 through his TikTok aide, Kawira, and pledged to cover Mama Gift’s flight to India. Kawira theatrically revealed the donation, starting with smaller amounts before announcing the full figure, sending the crowd into wild celebration.
Recent fundraiser beneficiary Kaluma Boy attended as well, giving Ksh10,000 personally and an additional Ksh40,000 on behalf of Mofarm and John, bringing his total to Ksh50,000. TikToker Ngato wa Probox also donated Ksh50,000, proudly representing Karatina TikTokers, while Swings Mauno promised to deliver a full set of furniture for Mama Gift’s home.
The Embu event proved that Kenya’s TikTok community has grown into a strong force for social good, blending influence, kindness, and collective action to make a real impact in people’s lives.
